1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WeClick ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WeClick.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use WeClick. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

3. Account Registration

To use WeClick, you must register an account using a valid email address or a third-party authentication provider (Google). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WeClick to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Share sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Solicit personal information from minors
• Spam, scam, or engage in commercial solicitation without consent
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or access restrictions
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service
• Upload malicious software or harmful code

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

5. Content and Privacy

WeClick is designed with privacy in mind:

• Chat messages are stored temporarily in our real-time database and are deleted when a chat session ends
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• Your display alias and avatar are visible to other users; your real identity is not shared
• Profile visits and interactions may be tracked as described in our Privacy Policy

6. Reporting and Moderation

WeClick provides tools to report inappropriate behavior. We review reports and may suspend or permanently ban users who violate these terms. Users who accumulate multiple reports within a 30-day period may be automatically suspended pending review. We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion.

7. Premium Subscription

WeClick offers optional paid Premium features. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method for the selected billing period
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing and tax compliance
• Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase for first-time subscribers
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify Premium features with reasonable notice

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology of WeClick is owned by WeClick and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

WeClick is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• The conduct of other users on the platform
• Any content shared by users during chat sessions
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your Profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
